2001 Beneteau Oceanis 411-- Yacht Sailing Cruising Boat
This is a 2001 model Moorings 413 - Beneteau Oceanis 411 that was completed in late 2001 and was put into service immediately into the Moorings Yacht Charters Ownership Program. It was used for business and pleasure. It was built to the Moorings specs with an enormous amount of extra heavy-duty equipment, electronics, and creature comforts specifically for the Yacht Charter Business… therefore being re-designated as a MOORINGS 413.
As owners, our family has enjoyed the Moorings programs immensely, and this is our third yacht in charter business. Our goal is to roll this sale into another Moorings Yacht.
She is based in the BVI’s with the Moorings, and now the Footloose Program. She sails about 2 weeks per month with scheduled maintenance, personal care, and required readiness. SEAS will be sold through a Yacht Broker. She is in excellent shape and will be reconditioned as part of the sale and the MOORINGS “phase out” starting in June or earlier if desired. Anything torn, damaged, broken, or unsatisfactory will be repaired or replaced. The actual phase out checklist is massive. Nothing will be overlooked and SEAS THE WIND will be put back into semi-new condition. Comparable non-charter yachts in the North East US or along the West Coast of California are listed for about $ 40,000 higher. She can be sailed or trucked to the West Coast or sailed to the East Coast and sold for over $160,000 |
